MobileHelpdesk Overview - MobileHelpdesk is a web application that utilizes Tickets Anywhere commands in order to manage tickets without making changes to Spiceworks database directly. MobileHeldesk is designed to work on various mobile platforms such as: Windows Mobile, Blackberry, Nokia devices and more

Installation - All the files you need in order to install MobileHelpdesk as well as MobileHelpdesk installation instructions are available in a single zip file

Best practice advice – Use only the software versions specified at the installation guide, other versions, such as SQL Express 2008, are not supported and WILL NOT work
